1 /5 Evan Kulik: If I could I would put no stars. They are an absolute joke. It is literally impossible to reach out to them. They don’t answer, Vadim is never available and NEVER calls back. I had to dial him 15 times just to get a text saying “I’m busy right with another customer” I personally been with this agent for 2 years but my family has been with them for over 10 years. All of us had to find a different agent due the fact that they just don’t answer and none of Vadim’s agents know what they are doing. It sucks to see that I am not the only one with the same problem. But it seems like the only answer they can give to bad reviews is “never spoke to you or had you as my client“. My advice to this agency… Do Better! And answer the phone!
