1 /5 Cheryl Ann: Four weeks ago, I was in an accident caused by a person insured by this company. I immediately filed a claim. There was no question of fault. I provided the adjuster with all necessary documents, including the police report. My car has not even been taken to a repair shop for an estimate of repairs. Instead, they sent an appraiser who spent less than two minutes taking pictures and declared it a total loss. From there it should be simple enough to settle, but I am getting nothing but the run around. Not even a rental car while they twiddle their thumbs!!

5 /5 Bradley Paulson: Approximately 20 years ago I got tired of dealing with multiple insurance agencies and solicited estimates from 4 local carriers to handle ALL of my insurance needs. After careful consideration I selected RIS Insurance and have never regretted my decision. I have dealt with numerous agents within their office and can honestly say, THEY ARE THE BEST! Great service and personal attention at competitive rates I highly recommend them to handle all of your insurance needs.

1 /5 maher s: THIS COMPANY GIVES INSURANCE A BAD NAME. during your service with this company youll find that they are great at taking your money but terrible when they need to pay for the damages on your car. Even when thier appraiser gives them a quote to repair a car they dont follow it. Yes they sub-contract appraisers,,, come on ! who does that unless it a fly by night company. Is their such a thing as fourth rate insurance company?? i am warning you guys THIS IS A BAD COMPANY!
