1 /5 Judy Steiner: If I could give NO stars I would! Screw up after screw up, trusted this office to do their job..... failed miserably. Dont count on this office to do what they should.

1 /5 Dorothy Boys: This agent gave me quotes on my building, then added fees, expenses and general liability, which he failed to disclose until I discovered later. I wouldnt trust him. I am 86 years old. My Dentist recommend him. He is also not with him anymore. I am Dorothys daughter and the reply Eric sent to my moms review is a lie. My mother has absolutely no reason to have her behavior apologized for. Eric took advantage of a 85 year old woman. My mother has gone back to Allstate insurance which turned out cheaper, better coverage and the fees were included in the quote. Shame on you people.

I actually walked in highly irritated because I needed a bond to get licensing and had asked a few times however once I actually went into the location I was no longer irritated and could not get mad at the people. They were very very nice and helpful and I appreciate that.
