Alonddra McDowell I called a earlier to get a quote on life insurance and I had a few questions about life insurance, i had the pleasure of speaking to Kathy and she was absolutely amazing! She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions very quickly. She even helped me with questions I didnt realize I had until we started talking! She gave me quotes that varied like for just myself, or also my kids and depending on how many years. Kathy really went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it!! I dont think I was able to thank her enough! Will definitely recommend her to anyone interested in life insurance or getting more info!

He persevered and followed up with an email apologizing and explained who he was. I was really impressed that he reached out after how rude I was. Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

Tom Rand Jeremy Loween does exactly what you want as an insurance broker. At the time, I needed to sign up for the specifics of Medicare and my wife needed to find private health insurance for the first time. Jeremy shows excellent discretion about bringing up options we had not previously considered. He is completely dispassionate about. whether we sign on to plans he can actually serve a broker or not.
