She was having technical difficulties with her computer, but she switched with a colleague and helped us find our plan. Then, when submitting the plan it wouldn’t submit because of the internet issues, so she submitted it the old fashioned way through some old server. She went above and beyond so that we didn’t have to come back! It’s great to be able to work with an agent face to face!
