I reached out to Michelle Newberg at Propel Insurance over two months ago to handle my business insurance policy. After waiting weeks with no update, I contacted her a second time to follow up, and she told me she had been sick. Despite this, she barely got back to me, claiming she was finally ready to work on my insurance—just 10 days before my renewal date!
This level of service is unacceptable, and her communication has been absolutely terrible. What’s worse is this isn’t the first time I’ve worked with her. Propel Insurance used to be great before they were bought out, but this is the second chance I’ve given Michelle, and nothing has changed. The same lack of urgency, poor communication, and excuses.
I would not recommend working with Michelle Newberg or Propel Insurance if you value your time or need reliable service for your business.
