Any updates or changes requested have been acknowledged and updated quickly. I’ve been shocked at their efficiency at getting me my documents sooner than I had hoped for, let alone expected. All of my questions are either anticipated or answered in real time. Today alone, I had to update a policy. I emailed my need to the office and Kristy had it prepared and the updated proof emailed back in less than two hours!
