When I say they speak to speak you ACTUALLY GET SPEAK to someone there is NONE of those frustrating automated systems, an actual person answers the phone. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with Ayanna today due to a concern I had. Her positive energy, and kindness show through and through and was so very helpful. I had to call at another time and spoke with another person from their office concerning me turning in my daughter’s report card. It had all the information they needed, other than a GPA was missing. Her school district doesn’t put GPA’s on their report cards. He was able to work it out that I still got the good student discount. Great rates considering the fact I have a 16yr old on my insurance. This is an agency I highly recommend as they do want to help their clients.
