WA Property Insurance - Lake Stevens (WA)

Lindsey Jeong We have been working with Marlena Close for our familys health insurance needs since about January 2023 and have had such a positive experience! This was our first time purchasing health insurance from the Marketplace and she really walked alongside us in this new and unfamiliar journey. She is always so responsive to all of our questions and I learned a lot working with her. She heard and understood our familys insurance needs well and set us up with a really great plan right from the beginning. Her communication is clear, prompt, and so helpful. We are now moving to a new state and she has been great in connecting us with new insurance resources in our new state. We wish we could take her services with us wherever we go. We highly recommend working with her!

Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Teenyboy Parker We visited this Geico office to get estimates to compare with our current insurance. The agent we dealt with is Kaylee Zbylski. She did an excellent job working through estimates for auto, home, and umbrella policies. She facilitated filling out the required forms and carefully explained all the details. We ended up saving money over our current insurance. We look forward to our new partnership with Geico.

Mike Wallin I should have called Randy Walker Insurance Agency first! Randy and Nick were able to Listen and Understand my very specific insurance policy needs and respond within less than half a day with policies ready to go. Nick put in extra effort to get the policies just right. This after I wasted 2 weeks working with a competing local company with multiple revisions and little progress before I finally gave up. The competing company sold me on a policy I did not need and caused unnecessary delays. Nick at Walker Insurance was amazing. Super responsive. Wasted no time. Easy to communicate with.
