Gregory Donohue I needed to obtain an insurance policy for a mobile home I am selling as part of my mothers estate. Several other agents said they could not help or find a company to insure it. Jessica got a policy with an established company right away, giving me peace of mind that the structure was safe in case of damage, and also that I had good liability coverage while potential buyers were at the property. Definitely a happy customer!

Jared Lange Paul and Sarah are amazing. Truly an agency that cares about people. A short story as to why. Due to relocation I had to change groups. My new agency failed to cancel my policies in a previous state and therefore I continued unknowingly to pay for them. I dont remember how everything transpired but someone reached out to PNI about my coverage though I was under another agency at this time. Instead of just ignoring it Sarah flat out fixed it. She got my money refunded and my policy changes taken care of. That is just 1 of the above and beyond things they did for me. If I ever move back to WA or CA they will be my first call.

Zach Deputy I met Marcus at the Everett home show a couple years ago. Ended up purchasing my auto insurance through him and about a year later my home owners insurance. He has always been very friendly, through and available; always a timely response from him. Highly recommended.

Laura Hamilton I went there to get advice on finding a good health insurance plan. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and honest. I left with a much better plan for hundreds of dollars less than what I was paying. I couldnt have done this on my own. I would highly recommend them!

Eugene Courson Ive used State Farm for almost 10 years here and the ladies in the office are always more than willing to help, they were the cheapest option back when I started but still gave great service to me and for me I like having someone I can go talk to face to face not some disembodied voice on a phone trying to just sell you something, these people live here and have to face you in public and that means they care about their neighbors and community and dont just try to upsell you on things you dont need, even if you find it somewhere else cheaper this is the better option.

Andrew Buckley I have never met a group of people more willing to help, and answer any and all questions we had. Their main concern was to ensure we had coverage, and proper coverage for what we were asking about, so that if there were an accident, at home or in our vehicle we were covered with the proper plan.
