2 /5 Ss Ss: I see a lot good reviews. Must be a good place but my experience today was not that of many. The lady who answered the phone did not give me a chance to explain why I was referred to them. She keep interrupting me asking for the car Vin number. Thats all she was interested in. She claimed with the Vin theyll know everything. I understand she could have been busy at the time. It was as easy as putting me on hold or asking to call me back. I finally had to say that Ill call her back once I get the VIN.

The Shirreff Agency has fantastic customer service that has saved me lots of time, effort and frustration. Victoria Reed has personally helped me on several l occasions. It’s nice to have someone in your corner that you can count on. They have been there for me and I’m sure they’ll be there for you. 5 /5 Jordan Murphy: Fantastic office to work with! I was in a tough position with my home insurance. I had contacted a dozen brokers for help finding a new policy and Shirreff was the only one willing to work with me. Jennifer was amazing to work with. Very sympathetic to my situation and determined to find us a new policy for the best rate. She was very kind and I always felt welcomed when I called with questions.

1 /5 ARA Artistic Creations: 2019- The ladies at this office have been nothing but rude to me and it is unnecessary. I pay my premium and SHOULD be allowed to call with questions every now and again but if/when I do they are rude and snippy and have hung up on me twice as well. They honestly need a few courses in customer service since that is what they are SUPPOSED to be doing. July 2023 4 years later and I call again for some help and AGAIN rude as can be. I went ahead and called Anchor General insurance directly and got everything settled and will never again be calling sheriff insurance and be treated poorly when I have a question every few years, its a joke.
