5 /5 Life Is Great: I have had many agents for car and home over the years, but NONE have been so helpful and at the same time caring. Jim is VERY personable and yet VERY professional. I will be getting married and will then combine our insurance policies using Jim. But Jim showed me how even though we cannot yet have the same policy, my fiancee, her daughter and I can combine or group our policies to all get lower rates. That was greatly appreciated as we are paying less now and once married will pay even less again. Thanks Jim for looking out for me. People want to know that an insurance agent cares to save them money and a real bonus is to develop a friendship in the process. And you do that very well Jim!

1 /5 Josh Fort: The insurance seemed like a good deal at first but has gone up in price regularly. We now pay more than double for auto insurance compared to what we were paying before switching with 1/3 the value of vehicles. No tickets or accidents just raising rates. Jim is responsive when wanting your business, but completely non responsive to questions afterwards. Lots of options for insurance brokers out there use anybody except for Jim.

1 /5 Linda Teegarden: Jim is very personable when trying to get you to use his business, but that is about it. They never answer the phone, never return your phone calls and dont follow up on questions asked. I will be hunting for a new agent after the first of the year.
