Pat S. Not long ago, my wife & I were in search of a local Stanwood Farmers Insurance agency. Our search quickly ended when we stepped into the downtown office of Ms. Tory Charette & Stephanie. Both welcomed us to sit down for a chat about our insurance needs to protect our home, cars and monitor a life insurance policy. Since we just “dropped in” that afternoon, our first talk was understandably short. Before leaving, we all agreed to plan a longer visit to review and finalize the necessary documents. Helpful, prompt & simple! I had a great transaction on the phone with a very helpful and quick representative. They were also funny and nice. The mobile app does need a good deal of work; very quirky and does not show full options for each operation.
