Shana Oliver Highly recommend based on staff interaction. I would particularly like to thank Brians staff member, Shena. I have a Farmers policy with a *different* agent in town and tried to reach this agent to help me understand a document I had received regarding my policy. I called and left voicemails for the other agent but never received a response for over a month. Finally, I looked for a different Farmers agent to help me understand what was happening with my policy and contacted Brians office. Im so grateful that Shena took the time to review my document and explain what my options were!
