Jennifer Kilts We have used Propel Insurance 9 of the 10 years we have been in business. I can tell you first hand Michelle Newberg is the best of the best. When I was fooled away from Propel by Ryan at Federated (which I give a negative 5!!! Stay away from Federated Insurance) for a measley savings I did not take into account the whole package you get with Michelle. She knows the insurance industry inside and out. Her knowledge and dedication is PHENOMENAL!! I called Michelle 3:00pm on a Friday and she was happy to hear from me even though I had made the decicion to leave Propel for Federated a year ago. I asked if she could get me insurance by Monday and she worked through the weekend to get this accomplished, which she did! She is top notch, over the top AMAZING! I broke up with Propel but am so happy to be back together!

Debbie Marcia and Jasmine are incredible in helping our family with troubleshooting our drive and save, adjusting coverage on new and current vehicles. They are always courteous and efficient. We are fortunate to have Brady State Farm keeping us protected!
