5 /5 Devra Doiron: Im so happy I was referred to Woodland/Strand Insurance. Angelita was wonderful, and she exceeded my expectations for quality service. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when the lender makes a last-minute demand for flood insurance. Because of Angelitas knowledge, experience and willingness to help, I was able to get the policy quickly and complete the purchase on my Battle Ground home without delay. As an added bonus, she provided an excellent Homeowners policy at a lower price than Id been quoted elsewhere!

1 /5 Tim H: Sep. 2020 New owners came in and are screwing everything up. My agent (who is awesome) says no more broadform that I get for both auto and motorcycle. Was making monthly payments, now I owe it all. Lucky Ill have it for the next 5 months so I can look for somewhere else to renew it because I wont be coming back here. If they bought the place to run it into the ground they have started out well. Watch these comments over the next few months as people start finding out and they start loosing long time customers. Ill edit this if it changes but not holding my breath.

1 /5 chuck holt: I have been with this company for over 10 years and have been satisfied that entire time, staff was great to work with, then as of last month they over tripled my rates! No accidents, no tickets, 100%clean driving record for the last 7 years and my autopaid bill went through the roof, I called to get an explanation and they had no idea why it had happen, finally when I told them there is all the sudden way more coverage than I had signed up for on my account, they only then realized that Nancy from their office had made the decision to raise my policy limits for “my protection” this was done without a phone call or my consent at all. Her response was “I sent an email out”. Completely unbelievable. Absolutely do not use this company and if you do, do not use Nancy.
