After signing up my husband received paperwork that said he owed money and he immediately called and left a message for Aaron asking him to return his call. When he didnt get a call back he called AGAIN. still no return call. So he called UnitedHealthCare himself and that person was not competant or knowledgable in what was going on. She said we had to pay the fee and there was no recourse (NOT TRUE). Not happy with all of this my husband tried to call Aaron again and when he got the answering machine AGAIN, he told him he would be cancelling. We called GO HEALTH (AMAZING COMPANY) and found out there were much better plans available, lower deductables, lower fees, better coverage in all areas. The plans were like night and day. We both felt Aaron Lunday couldnt care less about what was best for my husband and only wanted another enrollment. Well he lost this one and we will share with others who ask us what our experience is. When someone shows you who they are believe them!
