Doug took care of it ALL. Hes been keeping track of COI policy requests for the past few years and was ready to go a few weeks before our policy renewed and was asking me for any new ones. I brought my 10 year old daughter to work and she went off to look around. After she didn’t come back for more than a few minutes I was very concerned. I ran through the entire event area and could not find her. Heather saw that I was distraught and she sent her team to go search the grounds. They found her safe and sound but I wanted to leave her a 5 star review because she didn’t need to help me. She didn’t have to do that for any reason other than she genuinely cared about a stranger finding her daughter. I think that speaks volumes about her character. Thank you Heather and her team!
