5 /5 Alisha Andreason: Im starting a policy with these guys for my small retail store. The agent is super knowledgeable and friendly. Felt like he knew everything when I called. Efficient, wonderful communication and actually calls back and follows up when he says he will.. definitely 5 stars.

4 /5 hazel castro: Was communicating with this company for a mutual client of ours and just had to write down the experience with some of the employees there. Ruth Marie was so so helpful and the sweetest person ever. I was having difficulties with the mutual client and she tried her hardest and helped with all the questions I had. Seriously, if you need insurance Ruth will be so helpful with anything you need. However, I did communicate with you Erin and have to say I did not have the best experience with her. She was so rude for no reason. I was always so nice and asked questions respectfully to her and never gave her a reason to have an attitude with me.it seem like she didn’t want to help at all. I’m just thankful Ruth was able to help with any questions I needed and Explained everything so detailed and with caring.

5 /5 Sally Hatton: Always helpful, and responsive! That means a lot, we usually rely on Erin for answers to our questions, shes been great,but everyone there seems to care. Customer service is alive and well at Durney Insurance Co.

1 /5 Tawa K: Just simply tried to get a quote. That’s all I wanted to do was help my friend get health insurance. I seem to have missed her call back but was told in her message by Monica that she would be calling back later by in the day and she did not. So I called this morning to verify when Monica was going to be calling me back. I got attitude and told how busy she was. Your customers time is valuable as well. Belittling it and making excuses seem petty. The receptionist went on to also tell me that she had other customers to take care of and was trying to end our call. She continue to talk over me and would not let me talk. Asking me why I’m so angry. I’m not angry I just want to have a honest clear answer which I could not get. I am a customer with active accounts and will be considering moving them at this point. I’m embarrassed to even refer my friend here now.
