Dupea Barbara (Babs) I just called this company to ask for a quote for liability insurance w/SR-22 first the receptionist Christina who answered the phone put me on hold and ask an agent about my request and came back to tell me that they couldnt handle that and I wasnt referred to another company that could and wasnt even allowed to speak directly to one of the agents. Then after hanging up and not satisfied with the response because I thought maybe I didnt give enough information or there was a misunderstanding I called back and was directed to an agent by the name of Nanette? anyway I was told that even though they could write up a quote they thought that my needs might be better met by calling another agency. OK???? I can only assume after that response that business must be so good there that they dont need any new business. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would only give this company a 1 and only a 1 because they did at least answer their phone.

Becky Goodlake Sarah is the absolute best. I prefer to only work with her. She knows me and my family after her working with us for many years. She understands what we need and is always quick to get it done. Also, State Farm has the best insurance rates for new drivers! They cannot be beat. Thank you for always giving the best service!

Natale Welsh I have had State Farm and used David Varelias office for just about my whole adult life. Unbelievable customer service, and they treat you like a family. Especially working with Dan. He helped me through my teenage son’s driving challenges and was so understanding and supportive! I really appreciate the care I received and will always recommend them to anyone I can!! Jason Baze We have been working with Brenda from statefarm for over 10 years. When our local office in Poulsbo dispersed their employees and she moved to the silverdale; we requested to move also. Brenda always provides excellent service and she is always available for all our insurance needs/questions and claims requests from auto, boat, home and personal property coverage.
