He persevered and followed up with an email apologizing and explained who he was. I was really impressed that he reached out after how rude I was. Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Perhaps thats how they treat their customers. Best Regards..

Dave Schonrock Recently bought a new car and my old insurance company couldnt even find the VIN in their system. Reached out to Lisa on a recommendation from a friend and got much better service than with the other company. She provided me with all the info I needed to make the best decision. Not only did I save a ton of money, but I also got much better coverage.
