I have lived in Bothell, WA, and now in Olympia, WA, both promoting a long drive to their office. To them, whats best for my budget, and, ensuring the coverage I need and afford? I always go to them first. Teri has been with them for a long time. I have asked her to help me. Randys business has expanded in other avenues of insurance, and Ashley, his daughter is on board. Everyone, who works for Mohoric embraces Randy’s and Melanie’s motto “What is best for the client is focusing on coverage and budget. Bottom line is Mohoric Insurance is worth a phone call."

Tuan Nguyen Kayla and Sharmeen helped me switch from a different insurance company to Farmers. Throughout the whole process they were attentive, kind, and always available to answer any questions. I was able to ultimately save quite a bit of money especially on the automotive side when I switched over. Even better was the fact that Kayla got me higher coverage for less than what I was previously paying. Kayla was also able to get me a Farmers discount for my profession which is a huge plus. I truly appreciate being able to pick up the phone and speaking directly to either Kayla or Sharmeen. My previous agent was always hard to get ahold of. I highly recommend this agency along with all the other positive reviewers here.

Dale Kahoun I pop in on Richard when I need him, or if I just need a question answered. Lately Ive had some needs regarding insurance, I inherited my Dads car that was insured in both our names with another company, I also needed to bring a house over to Farmers from another company (I got a better deal than the old one and saved $$ while too.) That was recent, in the past when the fuel pump on my old truck quit work with no notice and stranded me Richard got me a tow truck quickly and at a reasonable price, youll get the feeling hes there to help and knows other local folks who are like - minded. Then there was the time I backed into a legally parked car in a parking lot, entirely on-me! I felt badly already, Richard showed understanding, and some sympathy (we all take a turn in the bucket eventually). I trust my side view mirror a little less while backing now. Farmers is the company that shows the seen it all accidents on the TV commercials, and take it in stride. I can see Richard embodying that spirit. He talks my language and basically tells you how it is and what the best course to follow now is. He has something I dont freely give, my trust has to be earned. I insure a a pickup truck, a car, two motorcycles and my house with Richard and Farmers.

Since its a locally-owned northwest business it provides a nice feeling to be supporting entrepreneurship.
