5 /5 Shawn Green: i have visited and known Penny, and her office, for over 10 years. As a rep, sometimes I get a cold shoulder and?or the run-around, but Penny is a person who is thoughtful and respectful. She has an understanding heart, that we are all human, and have a job to do. She takes great pride in building relationships, and with this care, she puts towards her clients as well. Finding out what they desire and what is best for them. 3 /5 Mark Parcel: Next to impossible to talk to Penny directly. Person that you get to talk to cant answer questions. Ive been paying monthly for a policy that was supposed to be canceled a year ago. Im finding out that the lack of communication is a common problem at other insurance companies as well. Thats why I gave 3 stars and not 2.

5 /5 C Saetern: Penny help us out with a new monthly payment on our policy. We just upgraded to a third row Subaru vehicle and our payment were $35 more. Penny looked over our policy and required us to a new lower amount saving us $61. Very helpful and great customer service!

The things she had to do for my situation were unimaginable, she went well above and beyond her normal duties to get the job done, and for that I will be forever grateful! She is the most helpful person I have ever encountered! When my life was falling apart while moving across the country because of my mortgage lender, Shania was my comfort and the only person I could rely on for accurate information about my closing. She was telling me the facts days before my lender ever picked up the phone to call. With her experience and knowledge she will be able to assist anyone with any situation after deal with mine lol. She is someone I have complete faith and trust in to always do right by her clients. She helped me while I was at the lowest point in my life, she is not only the best insurance agent on the west coast, but she is genuinely a great person.
