1 /5 Alex Jones: I have had insurance here for a while. I needed to provide some information to them to get a new policy and I didnt have the information on me and certainly didnt have it memorized. I didnt know I would be asked the question. The woman that answers the calls, but isnt an insurance agent, literally laughed and said "ya well that would be important." She said it really sarcastically. Really? There are 100 other places I can go for insurance and not deal with with rude people. I decided to go elsewhere and ended up saving about $10 a month over their quote and the service was great!

Charmine and Jesse have helped me over the years finding me the cheapest insurance and shopped until they found something affordable and something that fit my needs and what I needed in my car insurance. They have also went to bat for me when I had a issue with an insurance company who didnt do their job correctly but Insurance west (Jesse) went out of his way to make it right and showed the best customer service I have yet had. He accepted my frustration let me take it out on him didnt get mad at me but instead talked me down and made everything right. I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs.
