I usually do most things via email and they are always quick to respond. Kara is the best! They also update me on policy recommendations as they arise.

Everytime I think I can get a better rate somewhere else, I cant. Not only does she have the best pricing for our needs (home, auto, boat, etc) she is professional and responsive. Seriously I feel safer knowing she is a phone call away. Like the time my family drove to Seattle with no insurance card. I called her, she answered on the 1st ring and had it emailed to me in less than 5 minutes. Needed to get a payment schedule adjusted...was taken care of the same day. Best agent hands down.

5 /5 Nicole Hoover: I have been using Doty & Giles for our auto, home & renters insurance for the last 20 years. They are always quick to respond to my emails and voicemails if I cant reach them immediately by phone. Laurie is always letting me know about new programs that could lower my insurance cost. For example, we plugged a sensor into our car that recorded how we drove for a period of time, and earned a discount based on our driving habits. We are getting ready to move to Montana, and thank goodness they are licensed over there too! I am so relieved I dont have to find a new insurance agent!
