I called this office out of last desperation and got through to a person who helped me find the right way to contact claims. I didn’t catch their name but they acted in kindness and generosity even though I am sure I sounded a wreck on the phone. They could have just hung up but didn’t. For that I am grateful.

Donna Johnson Allstate always answers my calls and solves my problems. I May be paying a bit more but having a local office to communicate with is worth every penny. Staff in Port Angeles is competent and knowledgeable, friendly and nice. I wouldnt trade them for any phone or computer-only company. We have several cars, RV and our home under the Allstate umbrella. We are very satisfied.

HA Pierce I have been a client of Chess Insurance for at least 10 years. I started with car insurance. I was so happy with the support I got from Vanda that I added homeowners and flood insurance. Just recently, I also added earthquake insurance. Next is insuring my husbands classic car. Vanda has been terrific. Full of helpful information and not pushy about selling more or raising our coverage. Vanda got us the rate for the classic car more than a year ago. I have been too lazy to take the required photos, but she has never once inquired about when I would get around to it. That is the kind of sales person I want.

Josh Robbins I’ve been working with Julia Ward for a little while now, and overall it’s been a solid experience. She’s knowledgeable about the products she offers and has been helpful in answering my questions when I needed clarification. While there were a couple of minor delays early on, she followed through and made sure everything was taken care of in the end. If you’re looking for someone who knows the insurance landscape and can guide you through the basics with competence, Julia is a good choice.
