5 /5 Martin Hogrefe: I was treated with respect by my tax pro. She walked me through the whole process step by step making sure I understood everything. She got me the maximum refund I could get. Plus she went above and beyond her job and helped me with a possible scam. I like my tax pro, she always takes very good care of me.

2 /5 Allie Connor: Originally my review was more stars and over the years my review has gone down because of how many issues we have occurred now. Our taxes were delayed 2 years in a row because of mistakes that we tried to prevent both times and couldnt get anyone to listen. When we went in to fix it unfortunately no one could give answers and it took a few weeks too get it straightened out properly and then a whole year before we got our taxes and the irs told us there was still wrong information. I appreciate the assistance we have got but it makes it hard when theres been so many issues.

5 /5 Kimberly C: My tax professional Constance was relatable, kind and so informative. I use h and r every year with zero hitches. Candace was the gal that checked me in she was beyond kind, was already prepared for me knew my name made me feel comfortable and was sanitizing in between clients. Again my tax professional made me feel very knowledged, they were clear and concise, making myself feel as if I could actually understand the process. She also did offer great knowledge I feel I will be able to utilize next year.
