5 /5 Micah Ohl: I had a few minor issues with my account this week. I had the good fortune to chat with Dianne and Austin. They were both very very helpful and accommodating. They provided me with phenomenal service and a quick resolution. I’m very impressed with the team and hard work. Thank you both for all of your help. Very much appreciated

2 /5 Yojimbeaux: Theres a sign on the door when you walk in that notes this FCU is a Shared Banking location. It is not. You can deposit cash in their ATM. Do not expect to go here and deposit cash into your account at another FCU, like the phrase "Shared Banking Location" would imply. I can deposit cash into an ATM here. I didnt need to drive a 140 mile round trip for that. They get a 2nd start for being at least friendly about it.

1 /5 Kailee Spark: Without going into grave detail, this credit union (specifically the Moses Lake branch, and I am leaving this review here as well bc this happens to be their corprate location) has very poor customer service and rapport. If someone is short with me once in a while, fine, everyone has bad days. But the MANAGER of this credit union is down right rude and blatently disrespectful EVERY time I come in, and judging by the chats I have had with other customers/members and the interactions I have witnessed her have with members other than myself I am appalled she still holds her title. I recommend taking your banking needs else where, to a credit union that has better customer service and holds themselves to a higher standard than this credit union does.
