1 /5 bored shenanigans: I was a fairly happy Bank of A. customer for almost 20 years, im also lazy and dont like to have to change banks, but 1st security has driven me to do just that, and heres why: At first it was just their annoying and clunky online banking, then i find out they are charging me for checks for over a year that i never ordered, received, or got my money back for, then the last straw, because of the crappy online banking i payed a bill twice and over drew my account by $100; they acted as if they were a collections agent, they harassed me by phone, mail, and email then froze my debut card after telling me they wouldnt, all because i couldnt get more money in the account in 20 days (i get payed like most people at the beginning of every month). So would i recommend this bank to somebody i liked, hell no!
