1 /5 Mike Weyer: I was with Chace and Spurgeon for many years, then when they merged with Futcher group, I came over with them. Probably 25 or more years of being their client. Imagine my surprise when I got a letter at the start of the year informing me they were firing me, because I wasnt a big enough fish. So much for loyalty. I cant complain about their service when I was important to them. They will probably do a good job for you, at least until they dont need your business anymore

1 /5 Krista Mae: My experience with this CPA firm has been terrible. I was their client for 11 years and we had mutually enjoyed our working relationship over the many years. They very rudely and unprofessionally ended my relationship, in the middle of tax season. They explained it was nothing that I had done, but that I was not a big enough business for them anymore. My tax return usually costed $1800-2000 per year for them to file for me. The interaction I just had with their receptionist Katelyn on the phone was the nail in the coffin, and it is unfortunate that they have went from an amazing firm when ran by Jerry Henry and David Futcher to being ran by Opsahl Dawson and its counterparts. I am very disappointed and saddened!
