U.S. Bank Branch - Port Townsend (WA)

1 /5 C. J. (Blue Jeans): Looks like this local branch took off early for the Vets Day holiday.. Ive called them multiple times since 2 pm, and they dont even answer their phone, it just goes dead or else it goes to a tape stating that they cannot answer the phone, (yet they are supposedly open!), due to some possible environmental disruption..NOT! They never are available when I need to ask them a question, even though I call during business hours listed on their website. When I finally got transferred to the national US Bank switchboard, they also had trouble contacting this US Bank branch, and could only tell me they have no idea why they are not answering their phones. Terrible service unless you dont care that they are so sporadically in operation!

5 /5 Beth: Great to find your home town bank available when your out of town. Drive up available...lots of parking space provided as well. Little resting spot while you wait for the ferry

2 /5 Steve Peters: Their random hours have left me no access 4 of the last 6 trips to the bank. No reason to think they close at 4, missed by 10 min last week. Checked hours, went back yesterday and closed for lunch. Lunch closing not posted!

1 /5 Lawrence Brandt: Looking for a US Bank with a coin machine, I called the Port Townsend branch and got the reason it’s impossible to find. Austin told me, “It’s not worth our time.” Really??? One of the banks reasons for existing is to recycle money back into the Federal Reserve system. And customer service is “not worth our time”???

1 /5 Kristi Kosbab: Low on staffing so you cant go in the bank unless you have an appointment. So much for visitors getting service, you get to stand at the driveup. The teller laughed at me for asking him to count my withdrawal, great training! He stated they were laid back here, is that why you wont let anyone in???
