His initiative, expertise and attention to detail made the process of opening new retirement accounts, transferring money from another credit union, and moving it into CDs, extremely easy. He also ensured the initial savings accounts were closed once the money was moved so no monthly fees were incurred. He goes above and beyond, such as giving me a phone update on a transaction that occurred while I was out of the country. Patrick is an exemplary member of the Global CU team!

veronica ramos Amazing customer service. I had left a review because I was upset the bank had closed and had a actual manager call me and tell me they are now open. Amazing for a person to take the time and reach out and let customers know they are back in service. was so frustrating when the closed cause I had to do my banking somewhere else but I’m definitely going to return. I’ve had this bank for more then 30 years and know my bank account number by heart. The area of the bank is so convenient cause it’s on the right side of the street on my way to work. Next to everything u need one stop shop.

Ceeasia32 They are professional, on time with appointments. Taxes done in about 30min. Prices have gone up but ranges between $70-$100 for service. I was over charged this year. They say they have the right to charge extra for services but I didn’t have any. Last year I paid $60 this year I was charged $100, When posted new price was $70 with 4 W2, we had 3. I didn’t ask because what goes around comes around.

Trinity Banks I have taken this class twice. Both times with Trudy as the instructor. My daughter Jazzmyn, took the class with me the 2nd time. We both really enjoyed the classes and learned a lot from each session! We have each implemented the snow ball effect of paying down credit card debt taught to us by Trudy and through Bill Ramseys financial literacy series as well. Each of us, my daughter and myself, immediatly began saving twards am emergency fund, which we have used and replenished several times. I have often reflected upon Trudys teachings about our 1st money memories and the effects of those thoughts on my financial skills today. I would highly recommend the Whatcom Dream to anyone wanting to learn more about money and finances and our evolving relationships with them.
