5 /5 Schar Olsen: I have always been greeted with smiles and respect at this branch. Staff is always helpful and attentive to my needs, and wait times for service has been very low. I have been a client of this branch since 1975.

I have been with Bank Of America over 25 years and i have to say this branch need to stepped up , the tellers professionalism , the wait time should be better . Unfortunately , Port Orchard just have the only one BOA location . Mostly , i go some other loctions . This branch is my last option .

5 /5 Rush Caley: Im surprised by the negative reviews. Ive trade at this branch over 30 years. Ive always been treated well by everyone Ive met in the bank. Regarding wait times, perhaps my age gives me an advantage. At my age, my patience is about all that works anymore. In any case, I can only say Ive had positive experiences with this bank.

1 /5 William Clark: Wasted my entire lunch break to cash a payroll check that I have been doing for years now. Normally a pleasant experience but today was horrible. 5/23/22 at 12:45 the only lady working the counter, she decides she has to call and confirm the check(no one has had to before) but thats not the issue she calls a business asking for Mr, Ms "" she doesnt even introduce herself how unprofessional so of course they thought she was another telemarketer that businesses get calls from on a daily bases. They even said she hung up the second they said no. I get it took a little extra work and the bank was busy but my god its your job. Hopefully never have to experience her again as I am talking to the company about switching banks .
