Chase Bank - Ephrata (WA)

1 /5 Cole Cameron: Really considering changing banks..... Small town with low covid, Branch closed with a sign stating that the ATM is open, but here it is a month later still broken. Thanks Chase, now that your phone app wont work on my 2 year old phone because it needs the newest OS, I have to drive 30 minutes to make a deposit. Why is the ATM not fixed? I mean you have all my money to use to fix the damn thing. Dont bank with Chase.

1 /5 Maya: Absolutely the worst, most unhelpful bank I’ve ever worked with. My father passed away and the bank literally would not allow me to withdraw the funds and close the bank account. I had all the necessary information and paperwork; they still would not give me a clear path or reason. The manager is so unhelpful and doesn’t seem to really care. Her and another staff member were more concerned with not helping me than genuinely providing clear instructions. I finally had to call the company itself, outside of small town Ephrata, and they couldn’t understand why the manager was refusing to close the account. They had to contact her several times on my behalf. It is the worst bank around. They had allowed my father’s ex wife to withdraw thousands of dollars and claimed they didn’t know my parents had divorced. Totally incompetent bank. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere. You will not get any help from the staff or manager. Very incompetent group of people.

1 /5 Lynn lopez: As far as banks go one of the most overrated. Only two of the employees are actually genuine and helpful. The manager seems like she doesn’t know how to manage her employees. Always hearing the employees talk bad about their customers or themselves. Seems like there are cliques in that specific branch. Never had any trouble in any other bank I bank with. Only worthwhile thing there is Chanel! Always very helpful even my small questions. Manager has her nose in the air…… Also, if I don’t have enough money in my account I’m charged?? ATM fees if not a chase ATM??? Sheesh no thanks.

1 /5 Robert Benson: If you guys are only going to have one ATM available 24/7 outside your building, you need to make sure that its not broken 24/7 like it has been. obviously having your guyss stuff vandalized is a huge problem so you should probably get a security guard so that you stop leaving customers high and dry waiting for mobile deposit times. Also Im not super good at math but I assume one or two security guards on payroll is a lot cheaper than paying a repair company every single time you need your ATM fixed

5 /5 Billie Chuck: I had unfortunate, odd things happen with my account, and I had horrible horrible time getting my check released and I ended up finally everything being OK but there was one teller that went above and beyond exceptional customer service and was just a wonderful helpful person went way out of her way to help me and she’s absolute joy to talk with so if you need to open the account. Go see her she’s wonderful. her name is Natanya Hernandez great customer service a total of five stars just for her
