1 /5 CJDizzl06 (CJDizzl06): My family banked with them for years, however they repeatedly switched around with draw schedules screwing things up, slapped us with radome fees and expenses with no explanation and overall gave us the worse banking experience weve ever seen, if you value your time, money, and sanity, dont bank with them

1 /5 Jason Jongeward: After waiting 10 to 20 minutes the last several times I have gone in for very simple banking transactions I have found out that this branch is severely understaffed. After asking why they only had one teller I was told this branch only has one part time and one full time teller, and thats all theyre allowed to have. I took my business to a bank where I didnt have an account, didnt have an issue. Chase also had 3 tellers in their Ellensburg Branch. If I cant complete simple transactions at this Wells Fargo than I dont know why I even keep an account here.

5 /5 Jay Wood: I had an appointment here and met with Avi she was very helpful. Only decided to rate because of the low rating. The building is nice and my appointment went smoothly. Can’t say I needed anything else. :)

5 /5 Mara Jacroux: Sandra was helpful and very pleasant. I needed to update my address after a doctor appointment. It was in the 90s for temps outside. Yes, we can be irritable as humans when we wait in lines, but she was smiling and ready to help. Remember that bank tellers aren’t quick ATM machines, they are humans that make sure there are no errors to your account so try be understanding when possible when we have to wait our turns for service.
