1 /5 Selene Vazquez: Had a really awful experience over the phone with Jodi today. My automatic payment from my Chase bank account, that I have been making for years, was somehow lost by Cashmere Valley Bank. I called Jodi to make a payment after stopping the initial payment, and was told about the late fee I would have to pay. I asked Jodi if that could be refunded to me, since it wasn’t their fault, and her reply was “Well, it wasn’t our fault either”, very matter of factly. Then she proceeded to say “And if you fight it, I can tell you right now, the answer will be “no””. What terrible customer service. What an awful person to have to deal with over the phone. Oh and she kept calling me “Gloria” when she bloody well knew my name. At least try to say my name. Thankfully my car is almost paid off and I will never have to deal with this bank again.
