But from the time Banks were first established, and folks began to Entrust you with their money, treating People based on how much money is in their account, its unprofessional, horrible business, and extremely unkind to your fellow man. When a Manager says that theyll Return a call- Several times now, Its bad Business, for any business. You should never find yourself saying that several times.
I needed basic Assistance, that you provide to all of you Customers. At the same Bank, I have seen Customers I know, with 7 Figures in their Account, walk in, and watch the Manager promptly walk over from behind her desk and ask them "How can I help you today"?. Only to see the same Customer return, expecting and entitled to such service again. While the Blue Collar Worker, many of them whom work in the Ship Yard, or the Military, defending our Freedom, stand in line patiently waiting, watching this happen. Im moving on due to your basic unfulfilled commitment to your Customers. Treating the Wealthy with preferential Service., and not returning a greatly needed phone call. This is by far the worst Bank in our Community.
Dont get me wrong, I do not begrudge anyone their Wealth. I am glad for them, but when its used as a weapon, or self-entitlement, or to Divide the Community, which you support, its wrong.
