1 /5 M Leow: 1 star is too good for this business. I truly regret choosing Lendmark for a loan. Customer service does not exist, once you sign on the dotted line. Omitting information is lying to the customer. Especially when staff knows what is going on. I give the Mt. Vernon WA office an F. As in failure to respect and value their customers.

1 /5 floyd dalton: Worst experience ever. Told I could skip a payment. They ran hard credit pull for a $150.00 payment then changed payment date as well as amount. Customer service is a joke. Then their app tells you youve made to many attempts every time I try to use it. Id borrow money from a load shark first. Theyve screwed my credit rating twice in 1.5 years . Shifty company

1 /5 Joshua Linscott: LIARS! Inquired about a loan, was told it would be no problem, needed to provide proof of my new job and first pay stub. Provided the documents and they changed the terms and requested more documents and a longer time period paystub, even though we had explicitly discussed otherwise. This was already enough for me to choose to not do business with this dishonest company. No contact, then I get letters in the mail saying Ive been declined. Misspelled my name. I dont know any Jashuas, do you? Never even got to the point where I find out what kind of ridiculous interest rate they were going to try to charge me. Got the money I needed elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time, lying to me and hitting my credit with multiple inquiries.

5 /5 Dog Bird: They all ways help me out when ever Im in a jam. Yeah the rates are kind of high but just what do you expect out of an insecure lone. I got a check the same day. Customer service is excellent "legalized loan sharks" please. Pay your bills people.

1 /5 Wak (Wak3l3oarder): Does not help with debt consolidation will offer 5000 then a month later turn down that same 5000 for a debt consolidation loan. Shady people horrible rates.
