5 /5 Walter Vaux: The IRS did not have records of the withholding payments that were sent in from our brokerage firm. Aldryth OHara made two phone calls to the IRS and cleared the confusion. The IRS sent a letter saying that all had been resolved. Its nice to have a tax preparer who is experienced, knows whom to call and can quickly iron out a tax uncertainty.

2 /5 jesse wild: Did 2019 taxes for us. They made two mistakes, causing us to have to amend our statements. Did not apologize, did not give any discount for services rendered incorrectly. Worked with Mackey, who, yes, is a nice guy. But...
