1 /5 Panda Pro: Bank of America? Should be called bank of Latinos and Asians ! So sloooow. Racially profiling. Check was verified by bank manager And the writers of the check. They still won’t cash because “I don’t have a boA account” they say. I work hard and to be profiled is sad…turns out only the “black” customers can’t cash checks. This place needs some investigating

1 /5 Rainu Strike: Went into this bank to exchange 5k in 20s to $100 dollars bill. The clerk look at me and said we dont do that much, you can deposit and then withdraw it. Or I can do up to 1k. I told her I used to go to a different store and they have no problem with me exchange up to 8k in 20s!!!! Today I was busy so I stop here. Then she proceeded to do the exchange. What was the point in that pointless interaction?

Web site at branch office do not have any days available for 2 month. Called to speak with branch office agent and received no answer or option to contact anyone. This customer service is un acceptable.

1 /5 Brandon Stewart: Was LIED TO BY THE TELLER about cashing a check. She lead me to accept a prompt on the screen saying she could cash my check only to reverse her story after I accepted it saying now isn’t available until the following business day. Somehow she is the manager on site and said there is nothing she can do about it since I accepted the prompt.

1 /5 Natalie Peterson: We parked in the lot and the guy in charge of the lot was trying to kick us out. My husband had to go to the licensing place and I was going to run to the bank so we could hit both places at once. Makes no sense. No wonder this place is poorly rated.
