Timothy Phelan Service is great, friendly and professional. Maybe the critics should take time to find out tat Monday Mornings and Friday afternoons are busy due to businesses making deposits. Alternatively they could get out of bed earlier or heaven forbid bank with one of the conglomerates who really dont care about people just there money.

veronica ramos Amazing customer service. I had left a review because I was upset the bank had closed and had a actual manager call me and tell me they are now open. Amazing for a person to take the time and reach out and let customers know they are back in service. was so frustrating when the closed cause I had to do my banking somewhere else but I’m definitely going to return. I’ve had this bank for more then 30 years and know my bank account number by heart. The area of the bank is so convenient cause it’s on the right side of the street on my way to work. Next to everything u need one stop shop.
