1 /5 O: This is my bank. U would think they would know how to set up an outgoing loan payment.
First off, the teller who set it up, got the to and from backwards. Why they dont have a dedicated loan officer I dont know, but I was sent to the teller line for this!!
Secondly, the woman I got on the phone couldnt even get the dates right in our conversation, when I called to see why it hadnt come out of my account, 5 days later than the 2 weeks they said originally, that they needed. She swore up and down she didnt have the same first date that I did. I said fine ill go in. She called back a few minutes later, after having found it. She did not acknowledge her error, let al9ne apologize for it. Then she hung up on me, saying the conversation "wasnt going anywhere". So I go in. They did finally get it right (hopefully,) but we wont really know till it actually comes out. They did wave the wire fee. Hopefully it gets there before I get a late charge.
Its just a matter of time till I leave for a bank that actually knows what theyre doing.
