Bank of the Pacific - Anacortes (WA)

1 /5 Wiame Sanaa: My friends, who is overseas,husband passed away and I called to ask for an email so she can get hold of someone from the bank. The lady was rude to me, telling me that is her issue and hang up the phone. Unprofessional and rude. I am going to close my bank account there and my familys as well.

5 /5 Stephen Ellis: Probably the most beautiful and relaxing lobby I have seen in a bank. Staff are very nice. We had a problem/misunderstanding regarding automatic fees but after talking about it they made it right. I think most other banks would not have cared. Its nice to work with human beings.
