3 /5 Julie Spangler: Friendly tellers inside the bank. When the drive up window was actually open, the teller there was not pleasant at all.
My biggest complaint is that the drive up is never open! Who wants to get out of the car to do banking?? When I asked why its always closed they said it "doesnt get enough traffic" so its not worth staffing.
I detest this bank. Glad I live on the south end and can use the Freeland branch!!
1 /5 John T: The last three times I been in this branch I was the only customer in the bank. Each time they gave me the impression that it was a imposition to deal with me as a customer.
The last time I was in I had an account issue. The teller told me it not their problem and to call US bank for help. I asked to talk to the manager , the manager was less help and again acted like I was taking up her valuable time.
I also bank with a local bank and a credit union. Both of these place are both friendly and willing to help work through any issues.
I had enough after the last visit and ended my 30+ year relationship with US Bank.
When you have the same bank office and the same services and the whole atmosphere changes you have to look at the leadership.
1 /5 W. Simons: A business relationship of over 20 years undone and terminated by one bossy teller and a snippy manager. This branch has reached the absolute bottom of customer service mindset. I am now gone to a much nicer competing bank.
Sally Thomae Best decision ever to become a client of Janice at Sunrise. It’s been about 10 years now and her guidance has been so very valuable. She is the most generous and kind financial person I could imagine.
Panda Pro Bank of America? Should be called bank of Latinos and Asians ! So sloooow. Racially profiling. Check was verified by bank manager And the writers of the check. They still won’t cash because “I don’t have a boA account” they say. I work hard and to be profiled is sad…turns out only the “black” customers can’t cash checks. This place needs some investigating
