Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) - Kent (WA)

1 /5 K S: On 4/4/24 a coworker and I had lunch at 12:00pm at a local restaurant Gators in Kent , on the 8th I found my account had a overcharge of $240.50 I disputed the charge on my account a temporary credit was applied. 2 weeks later my claim closed and credit taken away with out any correspondence from Bank of America asking for any additional information. I called multiple times even called the restaurant multiple times finally getting a copy of the charge from the restaurant. I had the Kent location bank of American fax the printout to the claims department. This printout has my claim number and the restaurants managers name and number written on it. The bank reopened my claim for about two weeks then with no correspondence again closed the claim and denied my claim. I have proof this is an overcharge on my account and Bank of America will do nothing to resolve the issue . I have pictures of the overcharge below I filed complaints with the BBB, Washington state Department of Financial Institutions and get Jesse channel 7 news . This is a blatant theft ! 1 /5 tien tran: As a long term customer… I finally get to see the true colors of the “Bank of America,” banking system. Especially, at this particular branch in lake meridian off of Kent Kangley in Kent, WA which is the WORST by far. They will only protect their employee members, not their fellow bankers who’s been loyal for many years and have brought business to the organization, in which… I call it, “the fellow consumers”. So if you’ve been a victim of scams or frauds…. So they’d say… YOU will NOT get protected by this branch. !!!

1 /5 HCP Park: The worst branch. We’ve been called scammers and suspicious by the Indian teller at this branch. She’s always rude if you’re not white or Indian. We go out of our way to avoid this branch even though it’s closest to us.

1 /5 Jojo Mama: Worst bank branch ever I make an appointment than 30min before my appointment they called and said there branch was closed my appointment was at 12:30pm and got. Text at 11:59 that it was closed later I drove by and it was OPEN I know they did this because I’m transgender woman they are trans. Phobic.

5 /5 veronica ramos: Amazing customer service. I had left a review because I was upset the bank had closed and had a actual manager call me and tell me they are now open. Amazing for a person to take the time and reach out and let customers know they are back in service. was so frustrating when the closed cause I had to do my banking somewhere else but I’m definitely going to return. I’ve had this bank for more then 30 years and know my bank account number by heart. The area of the bank is so convenient cause it’s on the right side of the street on my way to work. Next to everything u need one stop shop.
