1 /5 Ashlee Randell: The most unreasonable collection agency ever. My debt will fall off in 6 months. They can only collect within 6 years or it just disappears. I wouldnt recommend paying your debts to this collection agency. They wont work out a deal with you and they wont fix thier own Discrepancies/mistakes on your credit score. They are very rude over the phone. Very stubborn. Dont pay them wait it out.

1 /5 Jonathan Brown: This place is cut-throat. If you have writing skills report them to the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General. Its time-consuming but worth it. YCCS will mess your life up and are shady with their business tactics. They pull all the dirty tricks in the books to increase debt interest rates. I recommend to do your research and hold this unethical/dishonest collection agency accountable. Dispute your debt in writing with them and they by law have to respond. Ask for debt validation in writing as soon as they contact you. Its always better to respond to them immediately, keep your dialogue in writing, not over the phone; and know they by law have to respond to you immediately. Do your research!

1 /5 Andrew Turnbull: These people will not work with you. I tried to settle 15 debts I had on my credit report because thats all there was through them. They started pulling up debts from 2012 and other debts Ive never even heard of or knew about. I told them Im only paying for the stuff on my credit report and I would like to get a settlement. The lady told me they wont do a settlement unless I pay for all these other unknown and old debts. They are even trying to get me to pay a debt that was already paid. They wont settle because the want you to make payments so they can keep that interest rate going on you. These people are no better then common criminals. Going to find a lawyer to deal with them on my debts.

I have been dealing with Mrs. Brown for the duration of my debt and she is one of the kindest, most caring, understanding, empathetic, compassionate person. So I just wanna thank her personally.

2 /5 Maira Valencia: I normally dont like to write reviews. I got a call and i got the rudest lady like it was not necessary for her to even be acting that way. Will be making my payments and hopefully i never have to deal with people like that again.
