1 /5 Sondra Gregory: Back in January, I had made an online auto loan, and I realize that my money was taken out of my charge credit card account rather than my checking account today I go in to explain to get answers of the reasons of why did that happen the teller Katie could not answer that the teller Katie Refused to give me a receipt and said she forgot for the payment for this month and then so I speak with a supervisor, LUCHIA and she said that it’s my fault of why it was charged on my credit card rather than saying the reasons of why it didn’t go out of my checking horrible service I have been with Sound Credit union for 15+ years And because I moved I have to come to this location but it’ll be worth Customer Service time for me to drive just a little bit further do not recommend and on top of it. There’s nobody in this branch no customers, horrible service and for the reasons I was saying, I don’t know and saying it’s my fault of why it was charged rather than taking it out of my checking account.

C G Why were Walk-up boxes installed where the Drive-up boxes used to be? The whole point of a Drive-up box is that you dont have to exit your vehicle to drop off mail. Walk-up boxes dont work for that purpose with most vehicles. Please change them back to Drive-up boxes.
