I was very impressed with his courtesy and taking time to explain the latest insurance rate costs and reasons. I did not change from my existing company. Daniel Connelly I SO wish I had chosen this company for my collection needs. I used another company over a year ago and have had nothing but delays, inconsistencies, errors, and lack of communication. I am not a customer who is emailing every week, but emailing back according to their request, and I am not even getting a reply at this point and have to call to talk to someone. However, I emailed Fast and Fair Collection Solutions for guidance and they replied FAST and with knowledge on my situation and honesty about their skillset. If I am not able to get my current garnishment company to work, I will contact Fast and Fair Collection Solutions!

Stephen Ellis Probably the most beautiful and relaxing lobby I have seen in a bank. Staff are very nice. We had a problem/misunderstanding regarding automatic fees but after talking about it they made it right. I think most other banks would not have cared. Its nice to work with human beings.

Chris Stoll My husband and I were owners of a small business - he had retired in 2019 and I was due to retire at the end of 2022. Our partner intended to keep the business open. Well for over 30 years I did most of the administrative work, including all of the accounting and payroll, except for the annual tax return.
