I used another company over a year ago and have had nothing but delays, inconsistencies, errors, and lack of communication. I am not a customer who is emailing every week, but emailing back according to their request, and I am not even getting a reply at this point and have to call to talk to someone. However, I emailed Fast and Fair Collection Solutions for guidance and they replied FAST and with knowledge on my situation and honesty about their skillset.
