1 /5 Kelsey Wickre: I am a healthcare professional in the same building as these people. For months, we have been asking them to wear a mask inside the shared spaces of the building, as we see a vulnerable population of this community, and currently, there is a statewide mandate requiring masks inside buildings. I am frequently ignored or waved off by them when I ask them to put one on before entering the building, even when they see me with other clients (children and elderly individuals of a wide range of disorders and diagnoses).
This shows a blatant disrespect for not only myself, but also our more vulnerable members of the community. If they cant follow simple instructions to keep members of their own community safe, they dont deserve your business.
