Hayley Nepean I love STCU and this branch in particular is great! The teller was very knowledgeable, helpful, and could answer all the questions I had without a banker. The service here at this branch is very prompt and friendly and I got in and did my business within a couple minutes. There are no monthly maintenance fees , great interest rates on savings, and plenty of other great things about this credit union in general! I used to work at a big national bank and Im so thankful I have this credit union for the place I bank at because there are big differences! Good job STCU! Keep working on making online banking a littler bit more friendly for joint account holders. Other than that no complaint so far!

kolobogs69 As I planned for my retirement several years before I was ready (having enough money) I made appointments with several competitors of Harlow wealth management. I sat down with representatives and got the entire sales pitch of what they could do for me and how much it would cost me in fees. Harlow wealth management had the clearest and most concise answers for me regarding when a I could comfortably retire and how much income I could collect every month as income. They also gave me accurate numbers of how much I will have at any age up until death to pass onto my children. The service is absolutely top notch. Every person I have dealt with has been very accommodating and quick to act on my needs. I also would like to add that they charge the lowest fees!! Great company and Im getting great results in my investments. Thanks Harlow Team!

Jaime E So far theyre amazing. 0 problems. I am afraid to use the card to do anything except paying credit cards. I dont want someone to steal my money. My brother doesnt have my bank but it is a credit union. In Colorado. Hes had his account emptied more than once. He got it back after an investigation. Thats just wrong though. It makes me worry. Yakima Federal hasnt had any issues with. Me thankfully. I love how nice they are in the building. 5 star service.

Gus Woods I have been with Edward Jones for 2 decades and most of that has been with Schelley. I have ZERO complaints. She is honest, transparent and a pleasure to work with. The front desk ladies are great as well.
